Self Awareness is a collection that aims to facilitate the reconnection between the mind and body, compromised by the over-saturation of social media in today’s technologically centered culture. Through various methods to intentionally provide bodily stimulation, such as drawstrings, cutouts, weighted jewelry, comfortable fabrics that allow for unrestricted movement, and textiles that mimic the internal body, each garment becomes an experience that will create a renewed sense of peace and bodily awareness for the wearer.
